AstroNavia provides traditional Vedic chart calculations and AI-assisted readings for personal exploration. Readings do not guarantee events or relationship outcomes and do not replace qualified medical, legal or financial advice.

Use accurate information, keep your account secure and obtain permission before saving another person’s birth details. Do not use the service to harass others, access someone else’s account or bypass payment and usage controls.

Points and purchases

Points pay for eligible AI conversations. The app shows the available pack, price and point amount before purchase. Points are service usage units, not a cash balance. Charges depend on the work performed for the reply; a temporary reservation can be released after the final usage is settled.

Apple handles purchases made through the iPhone app. Website purchases are handled separately through Shopify. Payment confirmation must be verified before points appear. App Store refunds can be requested through Apple’s purchase support. Refunds and payment reversals adjust the associated points.

Your choices

You can stop using the service, delete saved profiles or delete your account. Account deletion makes remaining points inaccessible. Features may be temporarily unavailable during outages or maintenance. Our privacy notice explains how information is handled.

The iPhone app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Nothing here removes rights provided by applicable consumer law.
